Milan Imitate Barcelona & Ajax Academy

Since left by the players, AC Milan this season grow into young players club service users. Just mention the name Stephan El Shaarawy, M'Baye Niang, Bojan Krkic and Mattia de Sciglio. Although time struggled early in the season, the Rossoneri are now able to prove the quality of their young players.

Milan became more concerned about their own upbringing players. It is recognized by the head of the junior football sector Milan, Filippo Galli. In fact, Galli also claimed to have done research into youth academy of Barcelona and Ajax Amsterdam.

"We've been to the academy owned Ajax and Barca. They had a variety of elements that can be applied to the Milan youth squad," said Galli who is also a former Rossoneri retainer.

"We also had planned a visit to the Bayern Munich academy. However, they are under renovation. So we had to postpone until next September. Many things you can learn from everyone," he continued.

As a concrete step, Milan also has one of the official promoting dropout academy players, namely Bryan Cristante last in March 2013. Cristante certainly fill the Milan first team 2013-14 season.
